Program Requirements

Application fee, two letters of recommendation, official transcripts, personal statement, and resume.

Test Requirements

GRE is not required if undergraduate GPA is greater than or equal to 3.0. International and Non-US applicants have to submit TOEFL test scores equal or greater than 79. IELTS is also accepted. Rutgers University-Newark accepts the Duolingo English Test. The Duolingo English Test is an online English language proficiency test that can be taken via a camera-enabled computer. When you receive your results, you can share your scores with Rutgers-Newark. The minimum Duolingo score is 130.
