                                        Test Requirements
            	                            GREs Preferred for Masters: Applicants may be admitted without submitting GRE scores, however, the program strongly encourages applicants to submit scores. Proof of English Language Proficiency (i.e. TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo English Test) is required if your education was completed in a non-English speaking country.
                                        Personal Statement Instructions
                                            Explain your motivation for pursuing a PhD degree. Describe your previous research experience(s), highlighting objectives, challenges and outcomes. Describe your interests and what attracts you to Rutgers. If there is something in particular you feel the Admission Committee should know about, include it here. Your personal statement should be between 1 and 2 pages in length.
