Program Requirements

Master's Degree from an accredited institution in the U.S., or its equivalent, in health/biomedical informatics, health information management, clinical trial management or any field of health sciences, nursing, pharmacy, computer science, engineering, management or an equivalent field of study. Applicants who wish to pursue both the Master?s degree in Health Informatics/Health Information Management/Clinical Research Management and the DHI can also apply provided they have a qualifying Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in the U.S., or its equivalent, in any of the fields above including medicine/dentistry. GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, Completed application form and application fee, Three letters of recommendation, Official transcripts, International students must provide WES evaluation of their foreign degrees, Personal statement describing interest and commitment to the program, and CV or resume.

Test Requirements

No GRE is required. International students not having a qualifying degree from the United States are required to provide evidence of English language proficiency by submitting a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) examination scores. Acceptable scores for TOEFL are as follows: 550 and above for paper-based test and 79-80 for the internet-based (IBT) examination.
