Program Requirements

Minimum of two letters of reference, preferably from academic or professional references familiar with your capabilities and achievements, resume/vitae that includes work experience, education, relevant publications, and research, baccalaureate and master's degree from a nationally/internationally accredited program, official transcripts from all institutions (unofficial may be provided for admissions review but official required before attendance), electronic personal statement (1000-1200 words) outlining your career objectives and how the DHA degree will help you achieve them, and application fee. It is recommended that candidates have at least three (3) years of health care experience in a clinical, administrative, management or other health care-related role.


Test Requirements

GRE General, GMAT or LSAT NOT required. Candidates may be asked to be interviewed by the admissions committee following a review of their application. Non-U.S. applicants TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo required.
