Minimum of two letters of reference, resume/vitae, baccalaureate degree from a nationally/internationally accredited program, official transcripts from all institutions, electronic personal statement (answering questions posed), and application fee. Experience/exposure to the health care sector a plus.
GRE General, GMAT or LSAT. Applicants holding another masters degree or one of the following degrees are exempt from tests: JD, MBA, Ph.D. MD, or PharmD. Requirements also include having an undergraduate GPA of a 3.0 or better. Non-U.S. applicants TOEFL/ILTS required.
