Program Requirements

Official undergraduate transcript from an accredited college or university, personal statement defining your professional goals and outlining you would be successful in the program, at least 2 recommendations from individuals, preferably academic instructors, who have direct knowledge of the applicant's academic performance in science-related fields, and a CV/resume is also recommended. If submitting letter of recommendation packages from a committee please indicate this information via email.

Test Requirements

Applicants are required to submit test results from the general GRE, MCAT or DAT. TOEFL scores for foreign students.

Foreign Applicants: Applicants applying to the Certificate programs, Master's programs, or as a non-matriculated student, who have earned a degree overseas, must provide a translated transcript using one of the following approved credentialing services: WES (World Education Service), International Education Research Foundation, Inc., or Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc.
